In 2020, Mario released ten original compositions published by Warner Chappell Music Argentina. He recorded the album with leading Argentine musicians including Guillermo Vadalá, Alejandro Santos, Alejandro Herrera, Lucas Canel, Jorge Oss, Damián Vernis, Mario Molina, Facundo Ferreira, Gustavo Cámara, Pablo Báez, and the Sudestada Horns brass section: Ervin Stutz, Alejo Von Der Phalen, and Manuel Oviedo.

This album features international jazz musicians Abraham Laboriel, Paul Wertico, Bob Franceschini, and Mike Pope, who recorded in the United States. Mario played a Steinway & Sons concert grand piano. The Argentine sessions were recorded by Amilcar Gilabert, Fabiola Russo, and Javier Mazzarol at Del Cielito, Consentino, and Fort Media studios.

With drummer Lucas Canel and bassist Damián Vernis, Mario presented the album in cities across Argentina, including an August 13, 2014 concert at Buenos Aires's Teatro Gran Rex sponsored by Mozarteum Argentino.

Recorded by engineer Amilcar Gilabert at the legendary Estudio del Cielito and mixed and mastered by Fernando Richard, this album features Mario's interpretations of Astor Piazzolla on a Steinway & Sons concert grand, together with Jorge and Lucas in his Tango Jazz Trio.
The album was nominated for a Gardel Award for Best Alternative Tango Album. It was presented in Argentine cities and later in Moscow with the Chamber Orchestra Kremlin, as well as at international jazz festivals in Turkey, Venezuela, and Puerto Rico alongside artists including the Yellowjackets, Dave Valentín, Michel Camilo, Abraham Laboriel, and Paco de Lucía.
On June 16, 2012, Mario performed with the Instituto Superior de Arte Orchestra, conducted by Maestro Francisco Noya, at Buenos Aires's Teatro Colón.

Mario Parmisano Trio — A tribute to Piazzolla, with Jorge Oss on bass and Lucas Canel on drums.
Among other Argentine cities, the album was presented in Salta to an audience of 10,000, with support from Banco BBVA Francés and the Salta government.

Mario's first album features Pedro Aznar, Guillermo Vadalá, Jota Morelli, Alejandro Herrera, Oscar Kreimer, Alejandro Santos, Gustavo Giles, Sebastián Peyceré, José Luis Colzani, and others.
The album was presented in cities across Argentina and at Chile's Providencia Jazz Festival in 2000 before an audience of 7,000. Caracol radio and television broadcast the performance seven times.
